ARTICLE AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PREPARATION

Item in stock: The product is available and is generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Item out of stock: The product is temporarily out of stock, and we are doing our best to put it back in stock as soon as possible.

ORDERS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

If you place your order before noon Monday through Friday, your order will usually be shipped the next day. An order placed on Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

Our partner Colissimo usually delivers within 48h-72h in France.

We ship worldwide.

During the Christmas period (month of December), deadlines are sometimes extended by a few days.

You can follow the progress of the preparation of your order using order tracking; once it has been shipped, you can follow its delivery on the La Poste - Colissimo website, using the available tracking number sent by email at the time of your order. (remember to check your spam folder).

Delivery is generally within 48h-72h. Delivery is free from 49€ of purchase.

Below €49 of purchase, the delivery price for Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco is set at €4.50.

European home delivery

Delivery is generally within 4 to 7 days. Delivery is free from 49€ purchase.

Below 49€ of purchase the price of delivery for Europe is set at 5.90€

Delivery DOM-TOM

Delivery is generally made within 7 to 14 days and is set at €14.

Worldwide home delivery

Delivery is generally within 7 to 14 days. The price of delivery for the rest of the world varies depending on the total amount of your order.

For an order between 0 and 29.99€ (excluding delivery costs): the delivery amount is set at 8.90€

For an order over €30 (excluding delivery costs): the delivery amount is set at €11.90

Parcels sent outside the European Union are, depending on the country of destination, subject to customs fees.

These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the end customer who is responsible for paying these import charges/taxes.

Special mentions

During the holiday period (especially Christmas), delivery times are often extended by a few days, due to the greater number of orders on the website. Added to this is an increase in delivery times for Poste - Colissimo, themselves dependent on the order period which is more intense than the rest of the year.
