WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 12 HOURS
When a customer places an order on Wall of Fame, we offer them the possibility of withdrawing free of charge within 12 hours in order to modify the size of the poster, the model, or to cancel their order.
Therefore, any customer wishing to cancel or modify their order must send us an email to contact@walloffame.fr or contact us on our support number to let us know.
We will cancel or modify your order free of charge. In the event of complete cancellation of the order, a full refund (delivery costs included) will be offered to the customer.
BEYOND 12 HOURS AFTER ORDER
In accordance with the law, professional customers (merchants and legal entities) cannot claim a right of withdrawal.
Also, certain items sold by SAS Wall of Fame are printed on demand. Therefore, the poster format, color (if applicable), text, and design are chosen by the customer, making their order completely personalized.
In accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for any personalized order.
However, it is possible to exchange any poster for another poster, as well as any poster received damaged. For this, a photo will be requested in order to verify the good faith of the customer.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange of any non-personalized item (see above), it must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original closed packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: Several types of products cannot be returned. Notably :
* personalized models on request
* Gift cards
To make an exchange, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
GIFTS
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail or email, depending on your preference.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to exchange your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
