How can I check the status of my order?
After an order is placed, our team processes it within 24-48 hours.
Your poster is then printed and delivered to our partner Colissimo.
When an order leaves our workshop, we send you an email with a tracking number, to check the progress of your delivery

We accept credit card payments with our secure online payment partner Stripe. It is also possible to pay for an order with PayPal.
For group orders, or professional partnerships, it is possible to pay by bank transfer.

How to exchange an order?
You have 24 hours after your order to notify us of a change in format or design for your poster.
Once this deadline has passed, your poster is printed and then sent to your home.
Upon receipt, if the model is not suitable, it is possible to exchange your poster free of charge within 14 days for another poster of the SAME FORMAT.
For this, please contact us by email at contact@walloffame.fr to proceed with the exchange.
Please note, personalized posters (running course, marathon, cycling, your typical team, personalized request) are not exchangeable.
