How can I check the status of my order?
After an order is placed, our team processes it within 24-48 hours.
Your t-shirt is then printed, then given to our partner Colissimo in its envelope.
When an order leaves our workshop, we send you an email with a tracking number, to check the progress of your delivery

What payment method do you accept?
We accept credit card payments with our secure online payment partner Stripe. It is also possible to pay for an order with PayPal.
For group orders, or professional partnerships, it is possible to pay by bank transfer.

How to redeem a tshirt order?
You have 24 hours after your order to notify us of a change in size or design for your tshirt.
Once this deadline has passed, your tshirt is printed on demand (therefore personalized) then sent to your home.
For this reason, returns are not possible for our tshirts.

Superbe affiche de mon club : le FCSM ! Les couleurs sont magnifiques. J'ai eu un problème lors de la réception de ma commande à cause du livreur, mais ce soucis a été très bien résolu et rapidement (une réponse un dimanche soir... pensez à vous reposer 😁) !
